Southeast Service Cooperative is pleased to offer a new health plan choice from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota for our retired members and spouses who have Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. Your group coverage options now include Group MedicareBlue PPO Classic Plan and Senior Gold Plan with prescription drug coverage (combined medical and Rx coverage).

While enrollment in this new health plan is completely voluntary, were sure youll appreciate the added value and savings this plan provides. The plan includes Medicare Part D, with a Medicare Advantage contract with the government, and is able to offer great coverage at a very affordable price.
